DJ Sweet Sounds ("DJ Sweet Sounds," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website djsweetsounds.com (the "Website") to provide information about DJ services and handle quote requests. The Website offers general information on DJ services, event examples, and a contact form for quote requests. No services are purchased or booked through the Website; all engagements require separate agreements. You agree not to misuse the Website, including by introducing viruses, scraping content without permission, or violating applicable laws. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.​

Photos and Videos

Event photos and videos displayed on the Website are posted with explicit client consent obtained via service agreements. These agreements authorize promotional use, including on the Website, social media, and marketing materials. Clients retain rights to their likeness but grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license for such purposes.​

Quote Requests and Communications

Submissions via contact forms are requests only and do not create contracts. We may respond with quotes or follow-ups. All actual services are governed by separate written contracts outlining payment, performance details, cancellations, and liabilities. No warranties are made regarding response times or service availability.​
